Endlich ist es offiziell !! The Lost and Damned & The Ballad of Gay Tony werden am 30. März für die Playstation 3 und dem PC erscheinen. Wie schon bei der XBOX werden die Download Episoden beider Systeme einzeln erhältlich sein, dafür wird allerdings Grand Theft Auto IV benötigt. Wer beide Episoden spielen möchte und GTAIV nicht mehr haben sollte oder es einfach nochmal als ganzes haben möchte, sollte zu der  "Episodes From Liberty City" Variante greifen. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is pleased to announce the much anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Games for Windows® - LIVE on March 30, 2010. For the first time, PS3 and Games for Windows - LIVE players will have the opportunity to experience the last two thrilling chapters of the Grand Theft Auto IV saga.

The two action packed episodes will also be available for download on the PlayStation®Network and Games for Windows - LIVE on March 30, 2010. Each episode takes place in the same detailed and immersive world that made Grand Theft Auto IV one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time. Games for Windows - LIVE players can enjoy 32-player multiplayer matches and an advanced video editor, and all fans will experience new songs on the updated soundtrack as featured across Liberty City’s 13 diverse radio stations, alongside in-game television and Liberty City’s own internet.

The Lost and Damned is a dark trip through Liberty City’s seedy underbelly as outlaw biker, Johnny Klebitz, fights to keep his gang together as a rift in the gang’s leadership threatens to tear the brotherhood apart. In The Ballad of Gay Tony, players explore Liberty City’s high-end nightlife as Luis Lopez, struggling to balance the temptations of money and vice against loyalties to family and friends. Both episodes feature a slew of new vehicles and weapons, and each episode adds new activities including cage fighting, gang wars and BASE jumping.

Sagt einem die Serie Family Guy's etwas, sollte man wissen was gleich auf einem zu kommt. Wenn Peter, das Familienoberhaupt der Griffins die sau raus lässt, kann man sich das lachen einfach nicht verkneifen. In einer der neusten Folgen lernt er das Auto fahren, und was kann da zum lernen besser geeignet sein als unser Lieblingsspiel "Grand Theft Auto" ? Doch seht selbst:

... genau das wollen wir von euch wissen! Wann glaubt Ihr erscheint das völlig neue GTA? Als Antwortmöglichkeiten haben wir euch den April 2010 und 2011 gegeben, im April desswegen weil GTAIV ebenfalls im April erschienen ist. Wenn Ihr glaubt, dass es wie die meisten Teile zuvor wieder im Oktober erscheinen wird, könnt Ihr auch dafür abstimmen. Wer dann noch denkt, es erscheint in einem anderen Monat, oder sogar erst 2012/später, der kann auch dafür abstimmen :) Wir sind sehr gespannt was dabei herum kommt, also ordentlich abstimmen!

GTA-Scene.de wünscht euch ein frohes neues Jahr 2010 !!!

Das Jahr 2009 bereitete vielen XBOX Besitzern mit den beiden Episoden "The Lost and Damned" & "The Ballad of Gay Tony" eine große Freude. Im nächstes Jahr sollten jedoch auch endlich alle PS3 Besitzer die Möglichkeit bekommen diese tollen Episoden zu spielen, bei den PC Besitzern steht es bereits nahe zu fest. Und selbst wenn nicht,  kommen alle PS3 User in den Genuß von Agent, welches von "Rockstar North", dem Entwicklerteam von der GTA & Manhunt Franchise entwickelt wird. Und bisdahin fällt die Wartezeit zum komplett neuen GTA auch leichter. Ausserdem ist eine Ankündigung im Juni 2010 äußerst wahrscheinlich, und für viele GTA'Fans ist das bereits fast so toll wie das fertige Spiel in den Händen zu halten.

Wir hoffen dass Ihr alle gut in das neue Jahr 2010 gerutscht seit und wünschen euch einen erholsamen ersten Tag im neuen Jahr.
